Routine overview
- Reset posture & breath: 2 minutes
- Mobility & stretch: ~6–8 minutes total
- Activate what stabilizes: ~3 minutes
- Gentle self‑release: 3 minutes

Safety
- Move gently; no sharp pain. Stop if symptoms worsen.
- Avoid pressing hard on the side/front of the neck (carotid area).
- SCM stretch: very gentle—no front‑of‑neck pressure.
- Trigger points can refer pain to the ear/jaw; this is common and usually benign.
