    Routine overview

    • Reset posture & breath: 2 minutes
    • Mobility & stretch: ~6–8 minutes total
    • Activate what stabilizes: ~3 minutes
    • Gentle self‑release: 3 minutes

    Safety

    • Move gently; no sharp pain. Stop if symptoms worsen.
    • Avoid pressing hard on the side/front of the neck (carotid area).
    • SCM stretch: very gentle—no front‑of‑neck pressure.
    • Trigger points can refer pain to the ear/jaw; this is common and usually benign.
